Heating material: Cr20Ni80 nickel-chromium alloy wire

Control system: Dual temperature control system: temperature regulation + over-temperature protection (refer to circulating return air temperature)

Control mode: SSR solid state relay (default), SCR power voltage regulator module (customized option)

Temperature adjustment control function: adjustable/constant temperature/digital PID control/adjustment range 0-350℃/precision + -1℃

Air volume adjustment control range: adjustable (air damper required) / adjustment range: 20-100%

Design maximum allowable temperature: 350℃ at the air outlet [when the air volume is turned off or the heating is circulated]

Circulating back suction temperature: can circulate / suck back up to 230 degrees

Protection mechanism: air outlet over-temperature alarm, motor overcurrent and overload protection, phase loss protection, short circuit protection, control system overcurrent insurance, heating element anti-dry protection (automatic shutdown)

Sensor model/monitoring point: K-type thermocouple / 1 at the air outlet, 2 inside the heating core

Working environment humidity and temperature: 80% R.H./ -20℃ to 40℃

Fan working noise: about 75 Db
